Broken or Missing Pieces We want your build to be a success! If a piece arrives damaged, is missing from the sheet, or if you accidentally break a component during assembly, please refer to our FAQ or contact us at info@eastbrookcrafts.com. We are usually able to ship out individual replacement parts to get your project back on track.

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days.

  • The Goods are in the original, unopened packaging with all factory seals intact.

  • The Goods have not been removed or punched out from their laser-cut sheets.

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note on "Used" Items: Any kit that has been opened or has had pieces separated from the original laser-cut sheets is considered used and is ineligible for return or exchange, as it cannot be resold. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions at our sole discretion. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping Costs You are responsible for the cost of returning the Goods to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a mail service that can be tracked, as we cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment.
